Rebate and Financing Eligibility
For a limited time, several rebates exist to help homeowners finance home improvements that reduce their energy bills. Several utility providers offer rebate incentives to help pay for insulation, air sealing, and HVAC service, done in accordance with HEAL recommendations. Additionally, participating employers offer special financing to implement approved energy efficiency home improvements.
Some homeowners can also qualify for free installation of HEAL-approved improvements. In such cases, AmeriCorps volunteers work under skilled supervision to provide some, or all, of the retrofit labor, Applicants for this service are evaluated on the basis of household income and family size. The HEAL Client Liaison will help you evaluate whether you qualify.
